The issues were never resolved, and after being promised a full refund, they turned around and told me it was a credit and that I am to use it with them for another service. They close threads and mark them resolved, while the servers continue to not work. The forums removes comments of problems and told me it is not the place to troubleshoot, though that is the exact forum title.
